Café Genevieve’s Southern-influenced menu offers classics that are hard to find out west—like fried chicken and waffles, and crawfish boulettes. Rounding out the menu are generous meat cuts, local seafood and its signature item, Pig Candy. (Yes, PIG CANDY.) Need we say more?
